1. HOW TO ENTER: Bunge Oils “WIN” A PRIVATE WEEKEND CULINARY EXPERIENCE IN CHICAGO sweepstakes. Codes can be redeemed at either www.foodservicerewards.com or by calling (1-888-674-2872). Eligible operators will receive 500 Foodservice Rewards® Bonus Points and an Entry into the Culinary Sweepstakes for redeeming codes from a minimum of 20 cases of Qualifying Products during the promotional periods  from 3/1/08 to 4/20/08
Participants will automatically receive Bonus Points in their Foodservice Rewards® account when they log onto www.foodservicerewards.com and register their codes from the required purchase(s) during the promotional period.
Federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Eligibility is contingent on meeting the terms and conditions set forth by Foodservice Rewards®. Go to their web site, www.foodservicerewards.com, for more information.
The promotion is open to foodservice operators in the U.S., 18 years of age or older who are currently enrolled in the Foodservice Rewards® program or enroll as a new member by from 3/1/08 to 4/20/08. If you are not currently enrolled in Foodservice Rewards®, sign up at www.foodservicerewards.com. Brokers, distributors, buying groups or third parties are not eligible for this promotion.
Members represent and warrant to Foodservice Rewards® that (a) Member has disclosed Member’s participation in Foodservice Rewards® to Member’s employer, if applicable and (b) Member’s participation in Foodservice Rewards does not conflict with any employment restrictions or obligations of Member to Member’s employer. Accounts buying eligible products under bid, contract or special pricing may be deemed ineligible to earn reward points on those products.

2. ELIGIBILITY: Open to Foodservice operators/owners and managers who are residents of the United States age 18 and older as of October 15, 2007, except employees of Bunge Oils (Sponsor), Foodservice Rewards, Charlie Baggs Culinary Center, subsidiaries, agencies, persons living in the same household, and the families of each. Entrants must comply with their employer’s policy and/or directives regarding prize acceptance and must be employed at the company of entry at program’s end. Void where prohibited and where restricted by employer’s policy. All federal, state and local laws apply.
3. DRAWING: A random drawing will be held on or about 4/21/08 by an independent judging organization. Odds of winning depend on the number of qualified entries received from among all participating stores. Potential winners must sign any required Affidavit and Release within 14 days of attempted delivery or prize will be forfeited and an alternate selected. Winners will be notified by phone or mail approximately 4/28/08. No prize transfer or substitution of prize permitted, unless prize is generally unavailable, in which case a prize of equal or grater value will be substituted. All taxes re the sole responsibility of winner. By entering sweepstakes, entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of HMT Associates, which shall be final in all matters. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission of Sponsor to use winner’s name and likeness for advertising/trade purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By accepting prize, winner agrees to hold Sponsor, its respective directors, officers, employees, agents and assigns, (chef) its parent, subsidiary and affiliate companies and their respective shareholders, officers, members, directors, agents, against any and all claims and liability, arising out of use of prize. Not responsible for lost, late, illegible, mutilated, misdirected entries, entries not received in time for the random drawing, faulty machinery or other mechanical error or codes redeemed incorrectly. 4. PRIZES One (1) 2-day /2-night trip for two (2) to attend the (date) event at Chef Baggs Culinary Center in Chicago, IL . Prize includes round trip coach-class air transportation for two (2) from major airport nearest winners’ residence to Chicago IL; round trip ground transfers, two (2) nights deluxe hotel accommodations (based on double occupancy), two (2) passes to the NRA at McCormick Place and a private brunch served at Chef Charlie Baggs Culinary Center. Subject to availability. Cubs vs Pirates, Sunday May 18, 2008 game event held at “Beyond the Ivy”. Transportation to be provided to and from Wrigley Field.  Grand Prize winner may elect to receive 75,000 Foodservice Rewards Points instead of the trip. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) $1,500.00. Limit one prize per family/household. If a travel prize is won by a minor, he/she must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. All travelers must execute a Release of Liability prior to ticketing. Certain blackout dates and restrictions apply. Travel arrangements/accommodations at discretion of Sponsor. All prizes are available to be won.
